How do I order eBooks?
eBook links appear on each book’s detail page alongside hardcover and paperback options before checkout.

Items must be new, unopened, and include all components
Include the original packing slip

Refund Info:
Only applies to items purchased directly from Curated Books LLC.
Refund includes item cost and sales tax.
Shipping and return costs are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 4–6 weeks of return receipt.
What if my order is damaged, missing, or incorrect?

How is sales tax calculated?
Sales tax is based on your shipping address and local tax regulations.
You’ll see an estimated tax during checkout; the final tax may vary slightly depending on local rules.
Can I order books for a prison inmate?
Yes, we ship to prisons and detention centers.
Before ordering, confirm the facility's mail rules. You are responsible for ensuring:
The items meet facility guidelines (e.g., no hardcover books if prohibited).
The correct carrier is used (typically USPS Priority Mail).
The recipient’s name and address are formatted correctly.
If refused by the facility, the order will be returned. A refund will be issued for the item(s) and tax, excluding shipping, within 4–6 weeks of return receipt.

When will I be charged?
A $1.00 authorization hold will appear when you place an order—this is not a charge, just a temporary hold.
You’ll be charged for each item only when it ships.
Prices on the site may change based on production costs, and the current price will always be shown online.
