When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 2–3 business days.
Backordered items will ship as soon as they become available. If a backordered item does not become available within 90 days, that part of your order will be canceled and you will not be charged.
Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
What are my shipping options and delivery times?
We offer the following shipping methods:
UPS Ground – Typically delivers in 7–10 business days.
USPS Priority Mail – Typically delivers in 2–9 business days (Please note: online tracking is not available for this service through our system at this time.)
Carrier business days:
UPS: Monday–Friday, excluding select holidays.
USPS: Monday–Saturday, excluding federal holidays.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email.
If you choose UPS Ground or an expedited service, your email will include a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s site.
USPS Priority Mail does not currently support online tracking through our system but typically delivers within 2–9 postal days.
Why is my order number showing as ‘pending’?
An order may show as 'pending' if:
We need to verify your billing or shipping address, or.
There was a timeout error during checkout.
